The supported integration uses the @kamili/helpdesk-widget npm package. Remove any reference to the retired hosted loader script. Confirm the package is installed, HelpDeskWidget is rendered once in the root layout, and NEXT_PUBLIC_HELPDESK_WIDGET_ID contains the ID assigned to this site.

Check browser developer tools for a loading or network error, verify the widget ID belongs to the intended workspace, and test at phone and desktop widths. If the launcher appears but a test conversation does not reach Help Desk, contact support@kamililabs.com with the site URL, approximate test time, and a redacted console error. Do not send credentials or private customer messages.
