Accessing Kamili Help Desk

Open https://app.helpdesk.kamili.one and sign in with your Kamili account. If your workspace has not been provisioned or you cannot access Help Desk, contact support@kamililabs.com. Workspace membership and permissions are managed through Kamili One.

After your workspace appears, use the navigation to review tickets and available support channels. Your administrator can invite teammates and assign their workspace roles in Kamili One. Features and plan limits depend on your subscription; check the controls visible in your workspace or ask support before relying on a specific channel.
